Home office specifications list:

-Total wall thickness is 98mm

-External walls we use 25mm planed to 21mm  Tanalised T&G shiplap cladding.

-Internal walls and roof are lined with12mm T&G matchboard cladding OR Hardwood ply panels.

-Walls are insulated with 50mm insulation for extra warmth.

-We use a sturdy 3x2 framing.

-19mm Tanalised T&G

-For the floor you have a choice of either 19mm tanalised T&G floor boards or 18mm Hard wood Ply (Ply is a good sturdy material thas great for laying carpet, lino or tiles on). Tanalised floor bearers.

-we also give every building 2 coats of wood preserve in the colour of your choice.

-We use toughened glass in our french doors and you have a choice of either 4mm glass or 4mm acrylic  glaze in your windows. (toughened glass is available at extra cost)

-All home offices come with 2 opening windows as standard,. (You can request more at extra cost)

- Windows used in home office spec is superior to summerhouse windows.

-Quality mineral felt or Green, Red or Black felt shingles (included in price)
